Christmas Fruitcake Igloo with Penguins Course (2 Weeks) - Thursday 28th November - 7pm to 9pm

IMPRESS YOUR GUESTS WITH YOUR CHRISTMAS CAKE

This is an ideal class as students will be working with our superb rich fruit cake to produce a fun cake which they will take home ready for Christmas.

Students will learn:
- To marzipan a rich fruit half sphere cake,
- Cover it with fondant and turn into an igloo.
- Model fun, cheeky penguins.
- Learn how to use piping gel to give a realistic water finish to a pond.

- We will even give our secret rich fruitcake recipe!!

On the day will take home your boxed creation along with Full Student notes.

All equipment and materials are supplied for you, Tea and Coffee are available too!

Our small classes will ensure you get the most out of the session. We show you the tricks of the trade and get up to practise what you are shown so you can go home with new found skills which you can use time and time again.
