PME PROFESSIONAL SUGARPASTE DIPLOMA

The Sugarpaste diploma begins right at the start of your Sugarpaste journey, from which sugarpaste to use for which cakes or models and why, what do all the different modelling tools do and how to use them and why. You will also have plenty of opportunity to develop and explore your creative side!

During the course students will work on Madeira cakes, Dummies and Fruit cakes, Round and Square. You will cover an array of different skills and really enjoy and feel positive about your journey.

There is discussion of different aspects of business practice and creative styling essential to any cake decorator whose ambition is to either make and sell cakes or to work in the cake industry. We finish this course with a business aspect for anyone who wishes to work in the cake industry or if you are making and selling your cakes.

This course covers the following over the 10 weeks:

Each Module is a minimum of 25 hours duration and is a completely separate course. A diploma certificate will be issued at the end of the course to those students who complete all the required techniques/projects to a required standard.
