Use and Care: Avoid using abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, metal and other tools likely to damage the surface. Hand wash with a sponge and warm soapy water.
Some foods may tarnish the metal but will not have an adverse effect on performance.
Warranty: The product is covered by a limited 5 year warranty. Knightsbridge PME warrants that PME Carbon Steel Bakeware will be free of faults in manufacture and material used for 5 years.
