You will learn to layer and carve an 8" cake into a realistic handbag shape.
Fill it with buttercream and cover in ganache. We will then show you how to cover the cake in sugarpaste, model handles and details from modelling paste and paint a pattern onto the bag.
We will show you how to support the cake internally and how to fix extra details securely to the cake.
We finish by covering the board around the cake with a realistic looking fabric effect.
On the day will take home your boxed creation along with Full Student notes.
