We have this amazing buttercream cake course where you will learn lots of new techniques on how best to use buttercream and the use of nozzles.

You will also learn

- make the perfect consistency buttercream frosting

- learn how to colour up buttercream

- use a wide range of piping nozzles to achieve stunning piped effects and boarders covering your cake

You will be using a 7" madeira cake to practice and learn these techniques.

Cartoon Cake Course

We can't help but love the latest cartoon cake decorating trend where the cakes look like 2D cartoon where the cakes look just like 2D cartoon drawings. We've seen comic cakes out there and just couldn't get enough of them, so we've designed a course so you can learn to make the latest cake trend too!


On this course you will work on a 6" Madeira Cake and will learn:

- to make the decorations for the top and side of your cartoon cake and how to prepare them using sugarpaste and understand drying time and techniques

- prepare your cake board using sugarpaste with a ribbon to finish it off

- Split, fill, and cover your cake with the perfect finish – for the first time…

- Cover your cartoon cake a 2nd time with a sugarpaste finish and how to create the cartoon effect

- to roll out your black lines to finish your cartoon cake and toppers and how to fix them to your cake and create the fun factor!
