On this 2 week Wedding Cake course you will learn
- To cover a round fruit cake with marzipan and sugarpaste
- To split, fill and cover a Madeira cake
- To cover a square dummy
- To achieve straight edges to give the professional finish
- To stack effectively
- Learn a variety of piping techniques using Royal icing
- Learn embossing
- Learn to make simple flowers using Flower paste
- Learn to make the heart topper from flower paste
